1. What kind of products does Trendscape sell?
Trendscape offers trending gadgets, home essentials, fitness accessories, kids’ products, beauty and personal care items, and everyday problem-solving products selected for quality and usefulness.
2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.
4. Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on eligible orders as mentioned on the product or checkout page. Any applicable charges are shown clearly before payment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to check real-time delivery status.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. A complete unboxing video is mandatory, and requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days. COD refunds are done via bank transfer or UPI.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
