Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order on www.trendscape.in.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes only. Orders are delivered through reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and other logistics providers based on availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are dispatched first. Cash on Delivery orders may require verification through call or message before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities usually receive orders within 2–4 working days.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities usually receive orders within 3–6 working days.

Remote or rural locations may take 5–8 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on eligible orders as mentioned on the product or checkout page.

In certain cases, a shipping fee may apply and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

For remote or special serviceable locations, extra courier charges may apply. Customers will be informed before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delays and Unserviceable Areas

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control.

If your delivery location is found to be unserviceable after order placement, we will inform you and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details while placing an order.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for selected pin codes only.

All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled without prior notice.

Additional COD handling charges may apply, if shown at checkout.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India. For bulk or special requests, you may contact our support team.
