Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Trendscape. If there is an issue with your order, please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order on www.trendscape.in.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

The return request is raised within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery

A complete and clear unboxing video is provided showing the issue such as damage, defect, or wrong product

Returns without an unboxing video or requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

Personal care, beauty, health, or hygiene products once opened or used

Fragile or perishable items such as candles or wax-based products

Customized, made-to-order, or digital products unless received in defective condition

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

Contact our support team at info.trendscape@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery

Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share further instructions for pickup or self-shipping

Return Shipping and Fees

Return pickup is available only for select pin codes. If pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship the product to the address shared by our team.

A return and restocking fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong item

Conditions for exchange:

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Only one exchange is allowed per order

A handling fee of ₹150 may apply for size-based or preference-based exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable

Refunds will not be issued if:

The product shows signs of use

Original packaging or accessories are missing

The unboxing video is not provided

The return fails quality inspection

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund requests will not be approved
